Jaroslav has more than 30 years of experience in the energy field. After studying Technical Cybernetics and Automated Control Systems, he gradually came to specialize in systems for remote collection and evaluation of measurement data and their implementation at the customer’s location, especially for transmission and distribution system operators.

He participated in the re-establishment of the Czech branch of Landis+Gyr in 2003, where he successfully assembled a team of experts in the fields of energy, trade and IT, which led over 150 international projects.

Work experience

During his career he has worked for the following companies: STE - Středočeská energetika, a.s. (Head of Application software), Landis&Gyr (Systems Engineer), SIEMENS Czech Republic (Group Leader, PTD Division), SIEMENS Metering (Sales Director) and Landis+Gyr (CEO). Simultaneously, Jaroslav has been leading an international software competence center focused on software development and the implementation of international L + G EMEA projects since 2009.

Since 2020 he has worked as an independent consultant in the private sector.
